- Represented Lehigh Gas Partners LP (NYSE: LGP), a wholesale motor fuel distributor, in connection with its $138 million initial public offering.
- Closed on behalf of Banco do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul S.A., Cayman Islands Branch, as borrower, a $150 million secured credit facility provided by Credit Suisse Brazil (Bahamas) Limited.
- Represented underwriter in $70 million sale and reissuance of Gulf Opportunity Zone Revenue Bonds for the construction of a marine terminal in Louisiana.
- Represented foreign government offices, including the government of Abu Dhabi, in connection with registration requirements under the US Foreign Agents Registration Act.
