Alison C. Morris practices in the area of employment law, counseling employers in all aspects of the employment relationship. Her experience includes drafting employee handbooks, independent contractor agreements and severance agreements; litigating employment discrimination matters, ERISA matters, wage-and-hour matters and collective actions; and representing employers in collective bargaining negotiations, representation disputes, unfair labor practice charges, grievances and arbitrations, and interest arbitrations.

Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Morris served as judicial law clerk to the Hon. Robert G. Millenky of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division.

Ms. Morris is a 2009 graduate of Rutgers School of Law – Camden, where she was the recipient of the Paul C. Ireton Award for highest cumulative grade point average of the Class of 2009, associate managing editor of the Rutgers Law Journal, and a participant in Hunter Moot Court. Ms. Morris received her bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2005 from The College of New Jersey.
