Andrew L. Odell's practice focuses on international corporate and financial matters with particular emphasis on the firm's foreign corporate and financial institution clients. He has advised both U.S. and non-U.S. clients on their business and investment activities in and outside the United States. Mr. Odell, a past president of the American Foreign Law Association, has represented a broad range of foreign governments (from Latin America, Asia and Europe) with regard to questions of sovereign and diplomatic immunity and has written extensively on that topic.
