Anne Lindgren Blitch practices in the areas of bankruptcy, creditors' rights and workouts. She has represented corporate debtors, trustees, creditors' committees, asset-based lenders, equipment lessors, debtor-in-possession lenders, and trade vendors in various chapter 11 cases.
Ms. Blitch serves on the board of the International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation's Georgia Network as the Community Service Chair. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Bankruptcy Law Section of the Atlanta Bar Association. She is a 1994 graduate of the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary, where she was articles editor of the Administrative Law Review, and a graduate of Duke University (A.B., economics). Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Blitch served as law clerk to the Honorable Virgil Pittman, United States District Court, Southern District of Alabama, in Mobile.
