Brian P. Crowner practices in the area of labor and employment law. Mr. Crowner counsels employers on all aspects of labor and employment law, litigation avoidance, employee investigations, mergers and acquisitions and reductions in force matters, and general human resources issues. He represents management in labor negotiations, disputes and arbitrations. He also handles employment litigation for a wide variety of employers, including discrimination and harassment charges and complaints in administrative and judicial forums. In addition, he handles FLSA and wage and hour matters, WARN Act issues, the development of personnel policies and procedures, and the negotiation, drafting and enforcement of employment contracts and restrictive covenants.
Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Mr. Crowner is a 1996 graduate of Villanova University School of Law, where he was a managing editor of the Villanova Environmental Law Journal, and a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
