Ryan James practices in the area of complex litigation, and has experience in, among others, commercial, real estate, construction, banking, insurance coverage, antitrust/unfair competition, products liability, and trade secret/restrictive covenant matters. Mr. James represents clients in various state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation and before state and federal administrative agencies.
Mr. James is a 1998 graduate of The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University, where he was associate editor of The Dickinson Journal of International Law, and a graduate of Union College. Mr. James served a judicial clerkship to the Honorable David L. Gilmore, Washington County Court of Common Pleas, Washington, Pennsylvania.
