Benjamin A. Haverstick practices in the area of corporate law. Mr. Haverstick has represented private equity sponsors, financial institutions and domestic and international companies in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financings, restructurings, recapitalizations, joint ventures, securities offerings, '33 Act and '34 Act compliance and a range of corporate and business law matters.
Mr. Haverstick is a 2005 graduate of New York University School of Law, where he was article and note editor of the Journal of International Law and Politics, and a graduate of Wesleyan University. He also engaged in graduate study at Albert-Ludwigs-University of Freiburg in Germany. Mr. Haverstick is fluent in German.
