Benjamin A. Smyth practices in the area of litigation, including consumer lending litigation. Mr. Smyth is a 2010 magna cum laude graduate of Widener University School of Law, where he was articles editor for the Widener Law Review, and a graduate of the University of Utah. While in law school, Mr. Smyth served as judicial intern to the Honorable Kent A. Jordan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and as an intern for the Honorable Joseph R. Slights III of the Delaware Superior Court.
