Bryant Robinson III practices in the area of corporate law. In the area of mergers and acquisitions, Mr. Robinson represents both sellers and purchasers of national and international entities and advises companies during complex merger transactions involving friendly parties on certain occasions and adversarial parties on other occasions. He has advised clients in a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, electrical supplies, advertising, textile, software/intellectual technology and light machinery industries.

Mr. Robinson also structures conventional lending relationships through various multimillion-dollar credit facilities, representing and protecting the interests of borrowers, senior lenders or subordinate creditors. In the area of real estate, he represents national and regional developers of commercial and residential projects. He is actively involved with land acquisitions, environmental studies, land use/zoning matters and leasing arrangements.

Mr. Robinson has served as general counsel for both profit (commercial ventures and government contractors) and nonprofit companies. He also has engaged in federal lobbying of members of the Executive branch and Congress on behalf of clients in order to promote those issues that directly or indirectly impact their business operations.

Mr. Robinson is a 1990 graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law and a 1987 cum laude graduate of Tufts University.
