Carrie Edinger Kehner practices in the area of commercial litigation, products liability and toxic torts. Specifically, Ms. Kehner has defended pharmaceutical manufacturers, medical device manufacturers, manufacturers of products containing benzene, and general products manufacturers in products liability litigation. Ms. Kehner currently represents clients in pharmaceuticals pricing litigation. Ms. Kehner has also been active in asbestos defense, representing a major U.S. company in hundreds of asbestos personal injury cases throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Ms. Kehner has vast experience in all aspects of pre-trial discovery in both state and federal courts, including conducting depositions of party, fact and expert witnesses, drafting dispositive and non-dispositive motions, and arguing motions before the court. Ms. Kehner also has experience in preparing cases for trial including selecting juries and preparing pre-trial motions. In addition, Ms. Kehner has experience in multiple matters involving procurement law and constitutional issues regarding anti-discrimination policies and goals.
Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and West Virginia, Ms. Kehner is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and American Bar Association. She is a 2002 graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she was an associate editor of the International and Comparative Law Journal, and a graduate of Purdue University.

- Represents manufacturers of medical implant devices in numerous product liability cases nationwide.
- Represent global medical device manufacturer in over 40 consolidated matters in West Virginia. Claims made by the plaintiffs range from improper off-label use of biologics products, illegal kickbacks, fraud and general medical device product liability.
- Defending major pharmaceutical manufacturers in failure to warn personal injury litigation in state and federal courts, in both individual and consolidated proceedings.
- Defending a major pharmaceutical manufacturer and its subsidiaries in drug pricing litigation.
- Defending a former manufacturer of asbestos products in state and federal MDL proceedings.
- Assisted with developing anti-discrimination policy for state authority's significant public facility construction project.
