Carrie Edinger Kehner practices in the area of commercial litigation, products liability and toxic torts. Among the products and toxic tort cases she has handled are those involving pharmaceuticals, medical devices and benzene. Ms. Kehner has also been active in asbestos defense, representing a major U.S. company in hundreds of asbestos personal injury cases throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Ms. Kehner currently represents clients in pharmaceuticals pricing litigation.
Ms. Kehner is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She is a 2002 graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she was an associate editor of the International and Comparative Law Journal, and a graduate of Purdue University.
