Christine Megna Van Gelder practices in the areas of insurance and reinsurance law and commercial litigation. Ms. Van Gelder has represented insurers and reinsurers in coverage disputes involving a broad range of financial products. Prior to joining Duane Morris, Ms. Van Gelder was assistant vice president of a reinsurance company.

Ms. Van Gelder is a 1993 magna cum laude graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law, where she was note and comment editor for the Buffalo Law Review, and a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
