Dmitry Tuchinsky practices in the area of health law. Prior to joining Duane Morris, Mr. Tuchinsky served as in-house counsel for a healthcare company that owns and operates medical clinics providing urgent-care services to the general public. He also has experience with corporate law.

Mr. Tuchinsky is a 2005 magna cum laude graduate of New York Law School, where he was editor-in-chief of the New York Law School Law Review. He also received an LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2006 and is a summa cum laude graduate of Temple University. He is fluent in Russian.
