Eric W. McCormick practices in the area of intellectual property law with a focus on trademark and copyright matters. He has extensive experience with handling domestic and international trademark searching, clearance, maintenance and enforcement, as well as the negotiation and drafting of complex intellectual property related agreements . Prior to joining Duane Morris, Mr. McCormick served as inside corporate counsel for Pfizer Inc. and Unilever United States, Inc.
Mr. McCormick is a 1993 cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was an associate editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and elected to the Order of the Coif, and a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.

- As in-house trademark counsel, handled trademark and copyright aspects of major corporate acquisitions and disposals for a major international consumer products company.
- Experienced with regulatory, advertising, and promotions law. Served as lead in-house marketing and regulatory attorney for well-known food and personal care brands.
