Francesco P. L. Suglia practices in the area of civil litigation. Mr. Suglia's litigation experience spans a broad range of subject matters, including general commercial and contract litigation (with a focus on shareholder, employment and franchise disputes), trust and estate litigation, and trademark, unfair competition and related intellectual property litigation.
Mr. Suglia is a 2002 graduate, with honors, of Rutgers University School of Law, where he was articles editor of the Rutgers Law Journal, and a graduate, with highest honors, of Rutgers University. After law school, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Eduardo C. Robreno, U.S.D.J, in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Suglia is fluent in Spanish and proficient in Italian.
