Jarrett L. Fugh is a partner in Duane Morris' Real Estate and Corporate Practice Groups, practicing out of the Los Angeles and San Francisco offices.
Mr. Fugh represents real estate clients in the acquisition, financing, development and leasing of real property, with an emphasis on hospitality and resorts. He helps clients in the origination and restructuring of syndicated, mezzanine and securitized loans, as well as in the construction financing of major commercial, residential and hospitality properties. Clients turn to Mr. Fugh to advise on the formation and structuring of joint ventures and other vehicles for both developers and institutional investors in real estate projects.
In addition, Mr. Fugh advises corporate clients in mergers and acquisitions and corporate financings, particularly in the technology sector. He also assists institutional and individual investors with structuring and consummating venture financings, private equity funds and other private debt and equity investments.
Mr. Fugh is a 1990 cum laude graduate of The George Washington University Law School, where he was a staff member of The George Washington Journal of International Law and Economics, and a graduate of Duke University.
