Jennifer D. Cook practices in the areas of energy and utilities law and litigation. She has been involved in the full array of issues facing Regional Transmission Organizations, including transmission pricing, congestion management, hedging instruments, and independent transmission company integration. She has first-chaired settlement proceedings at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, provided comprehensive comments to regulatory initiatives and drafted appellate briefs.
Ms. Cook has been certified as an Accredited Professional under the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System.
Admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland, Ms. Cook is a 2001 graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and a magna cum laude graduate of Georgetown University.
