Karen B. Siteman practices in the area of health law. Prior to joining Duane Morris, Ms. Siteman served as senior vice president and general counsel to a healthcare provider, handling all general corporate matters, including contract negotiations, labor and employment issues, litigation management, healthcare selective regulatory matters, operational risk management issues and other corporate governance matters. She also has extensive experience in banking and financial matters.
Ms. Siteman is a 1979 graduate of Hofstra University Law School and a graduate of Boston University Law School (LL.M., Banking and Financial Institutions) and the University of California at Berkeley (A.B.).
