Kathleen O'Malley practices in the area of civil litigation with particular emphasis on employment, commercial and insurance defense litigation. She also provides counseling and training to employers on employment policies, procedures and other methods of reducing the risk of employment-related claims.

Admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, she is a member of the American, New Jersey State, Burlington and Camden County bar associations. She is also a member of the Employment Law Committee of the Defense Research Institute and the Labor and Employment Law Committee of the Camden County Bar Association.

Ms. O'Malley is a former judicial clerk to the Honorable Patricia Richmond LeBon of the Superior Court of New Jersey. She is a 1991 graduate of Rutgers School of Law - Camden and a graduate of Rider College.
