Kathryn E. Larkin is an associate in the Duane Morris Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Group. She focuses her practice on employee benefit matters relating to corporate transactions, executive compensation, pension and retirement programs and welfare benefit programs. Ms. Larkin also counsels clients who are seeking approval under the Internal Revenue Service Employee Plans Compliance Resolution System program and the U.S. Department of Labor Voluntary Fiduciary Correction Program.
Ms. Larkin is a 1999 graduate of University of Notre Dame Law School (J.D.), where she was the managing editor of The Journal of College and University Law, a 2002 graduate of Villanova University School of Law (LL.M. in Taxation) and a cum laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame.
