Lawrence Chiarelli concentrates his practice on drafting and negotiating construction-related contracts. He also represents clients in litigation and arbitration.

Mr. Chiarelli manages the construction management degree programs at Polytechnic University in Brooklyn, where he is an Industry Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering and the Associate Director of the Center for Construction Management Technology (CCMT), a research center at the University. He also serves as the faculty advisor for the University's student chapters of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) and the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME).

Mr. Chiarelli is a licensed Professional Engineer and has worked as a structural engineer, a construction project manager and a contract manager for an international construction management firm. He is a 1993 graduate of Brooklyn Law School and a graduate of the Cooper Union.
