Luke Anderson is the head of the Generic Pharmaceutical ANDA division of Duane Morris' Intellectual Property Group. Mr. Anderson practices in the area of intellectual property law and litigation with emphasis on patents, trademarks, copyrights, false advertising, licensing and unfair competition. Mr. Anderson has represented clients before state and federal courts and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) in a variety of disputes ranging from infringement actions to licensing and unfair competition disputes for clients in a variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, nanotechnologies, communications systems, banking systems, building materials, textiles and automotive parts.

Mr. Anderson has successfully defended the reexamination of an industry standard patent before the USPTO where the District Court stayed litigation to permit the reexamination of the patent-in-suit that resulted in the confirmation of the original claims and additional claims being issued.

Mr. Anderson is a 1997 graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law and a graduate of the University of South Carolina (M.B.A.) and Clemson University (B.S., Ceramic Engineering).
