Lynn S. Samuels practices in the area of commercial litigation with a focus on insurance coverage litigation and counseling. Ms. Samuels represents primary and excess liability insurers in a wide variety of third-party coverage matters, including declaratory relief actions, bad faith litigation and appeals, inter-insurer disputes, excess and umbrella coverage and contribution and subrogation actions. She has litigated and advised domestic and international insurance clients in numerous significant exposure cases involving general liability, professional liability, advertising injury, technology errors and omissions, business interruption, personal injury, bodily injury, commercial property, and construction defect claims.

Ms. Samuels is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law and a magna cum laude graduate of Duke University.
