Matthew E. Hoffman practices in the area of business reorganization and financial restructuring.
Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Mr. Hoffman is a member of the Bankruptcy Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is a co-editor of the American Bankruptcy Institute Journal "Lien on Me" column and also is a contributing editor for American Bankruptcy Institute's Third Circuit Update.
Mr. Hoffman is a founder and director of Grounded in Music (www.groundedinmusic.org), a nonprofit corporation with the mission of establishing educational and instructional programs to provide underprivileged youth with access to music.
Mr. Hoffman is a 2005 graduate of the Columbia University School of Law, where he was awarded the national Clinical Legal Education Association Outstanding Student Award, and a cum laude graduate of Brandeis University.
