Michael P. Davis practices in the area of construction law, representing owners, developers, design professionals, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers in the resolution of disputes through litigation, arbitration and mediation. He has specifically represented and advised clients in the areas of construction defect, delay and disruption claims; change order and extra work claims; mechanic's liens; design liability; and public bidding challenges. Mr. Davis also advises clients in the drafting and negotiation of construction and design agreements.

Mr. Davis is a licensed professional engineer, and, prior to entering the legal profession, has worked as a structural engineer and project design manager for a major New York metropolitan-area heavy/highway and tunneling contractor. Mr. Davis' construction experience includes, among other things, design of temporary and permanent structures, scheduling, delay analysis and claim presentation.

Mr. Davis is a 2004 magna cum laude graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was a member of the Seton Hall Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif, and a graduate, with honors, of Lehigh University.
