Myles A. Seidenfrau is a trial lawyer representing clients in commercial disputes and counseling them on various matters such as fraud, contract rights, securities disputes, insurance issues, unfair competition and products liability. He also has extensive experience representing both government agencies and property owners in eminent domain, land use and redevelopment matters.
Mr. Seidenfrau is committed to and actively involved in handling pro bono matters. He serves on the firm's Pro Bono Committee, co-chairs the Camden County Bar Association's Young Lawyer Charity Committee and is a member of the Public Benefits Committee.
Mr. Seidenfrau is a 2000 graduate of Rutgers University School of Law, where he was the Internet Editor of the Rutgers Law Journal, and a 1994 graduate of the State University of New York at Oswego, where he received a joint degree in Economics and Business. Before entering private practice, Mr. Seidenfrau served as a law clerk to the Honorable John E. Wallace, Jr. in the Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court.

Representative Matters
- Successfully defended a municipality's numerous attempts to designate a property owner's apartment buildings as an area in need of redevelopment.
- Conducted internal investigation of publicly traded multinational corporation concerning accounting fraud, related party transaction and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act issues.
- Dissolved temporary restraints on short notice on behalf of entrepreneur in covenant not to compete action.
- Obtained summary judgment for condemning authority in response to a tenant's constitutional challenge to just compensation award in eminent domain matter.
