Nanette O'Donnell practices in the area of healthcare law, with a focus on fraud and abuse matters, self-referral, corporate compliance, licensure, managed care contracting, institutional operational matters and HIPAA. Her clients include hospitals, physician groups, diagnostic imaging centers and other healthcare providers.

Ms. O'Donnell is certified as a health law attorney by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education and has served as an adjunct lecturer of healthcare law for the University of Miami's Graduate School of Business Administration and for Nova Southeastern University. She was listed in Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business, 2006 and 2007 editions, and The Best Lawyers in America 2006.

Ms. O'Donnell is a 1989 cum laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, where she was a member of the University of Miami Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. She also holds an undergraduate degree from that institution (B.A., magna cum laude) and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She is fluent in Spanish.
