- Advised and represented highly visible Internet social gaming company on multiple litigation and corporate matters relating to content policies, virtual currency issues, internal risk management and terms of service.
- Advised Internet companies on copyright and privacy policies.
- Prevailed in California Court of Appeal on behalf of leading engineering and technology organization in intellectual property licensing dispute—obtained reversal of summary judgment in appellate opinion, with highly favorable legal interpretation of agreement's license provisions.
- Tried case to defense verdict on behalf of national bank and obtained maximum statutory attorneys fees for client.
- Defended large multinational corporation in cases involving claims of products liability, breach of contract and various tort causes of action.
- Defended large subsidiary of Fortune 500 company in "bet the company" case involving complex issues of collusion, bad faith, breach of contract and fraud.
- Represented client pro bono in state supreme court in case confronting several unresolved First Amendment issues.
