Pablo Meles represents clients in most phases of patent, trademark and copyright law, with a strong emphasis in prosecution, licensing and due diligence. Mr. Meles’ clients have included numerous startups, mid-tier and Fortune 500 companies, which he assists in developing patent strategies related to telecommunications, electronics, computer and Internet technology, biomedical, green technology and mechanical technology. He is board certified in intellectual property by the State of Florida.
Mr. Meles is a 1988 graduate of Florida State University College of Law and a graduate of the University of Miami.

- Represented a company in a patent infringement suit regarding sequenced lighted shoes.
- Represented clients in numerous due diligence projects resulting from mergers, acquisitions or other corporate transactions, including bankruptcy.
- Represented clients in licensing, contract generation and review, including negotiating and preparing license agreements.
- Counseled clients on employment issues related to intellectual property, including non-disclosure agreements, non-compete agreements, and non-solicitation agreements.
- Represented a multinational telecommunications company in litigation support against a battery company in a matter concerning infringement of a design patent and a utility patent.
- Represented a multinational telecommunications company in patent prosecution for numerous divisions including two-way trunked radios, pagers, two-way pagers, energy products, paging infrastructure, and cellular subscriber equipment.
- Represented a multinational telecommunications company in rolling out and executing a licensing program for one-way paging, two-way paging, and voice paging to a number of licensees including test equipment vendors, infrastructure vendors, and subscriber equipment vendors.
- Represented a multinational telecommunications company in trademark portfolio generation for the paging and two-way paging divisions.
- Represented a multinational telecommunications company in litigation support for their energy products group.
