Parikhit Sarma practices in the areas of international mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, banking and finance, private equity and general corporate advisory. Mr. Sarma is also responsible for developing the Indian desk of the firm.

Mr. Sarma has advised clients in relation to complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring transactions across the Asian region, with a special focus on India and Singapore. He has extensive experience advising clients from various jurisdictions on in-bound and out-bound Indian investments. He has also acted for a range of financial institutions and funds including prominent banks, multilateral lending institutions and investment banks, as well as borrowers and sponsors.

Mr. Sarma earned an LL.M. in Corporate & Financial Services Law from the National University of Singapore. He holds an LL.B. First Class from ILS Law College, India.
