Rafael C. Haciski is a trial lawyer, representing corporate entities and individual clients at the state and federal level in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, with a particular emphasis on mass tort, products liability and toxic tort litigation. Mr. Haciski’s trial experience also extends to business torts, landlord-tenant disputes and franchise and distribution law. In addition to his trial work, Mr. Haciski assists clients in a variety of technology-related transactional matters, including structuring, drafting, negotiating, implementing, reviewing, and/or providing legal advice regarding software licensing; service level agreements; and mergers, acquisitions and business divestitures involving intellectual property assets.
Mr. Haciski is actively involved in handling pro bono matters, and he is a local coordinator for the firm's Green Committee. In addition, he serves as a mediator for the Philadelphia Landlord Tenant Appellate Mediation Program.
Mr. Haciski is a 2005 graduate of Rutgers University School of Law-Camden and a 1997 graduate of Oberlin College of Arts and Sciences. Prior to entering the practice of law, Mr. Haciski briefly served as a public address announcer at the Spectrum for the Philadelphia Kixx indoor soccer team.
