Robert A. Peccola practices in the area of litigation. Mr. Peccola has experience in commercial litigation and appellate matters. Prior to joining Duane Morris, Mr. Peccola served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Jacqueline Nguyen of the United States District Court for the Central District of California (now of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit) and for the Honorable Sally D. Adkins of the Court of Appeals of Maryland, Maryland's highest appellate court.

Mr. Peccola is a 2008 graduate of George Washington University Law School, where he was a finalist in the school's first International Commercial Arbitration Competition and served on the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board. During law school, he was a judicial intern for the Honorable Gerald Rosen of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.

Mr. Peccola received his bachelor's degree, with highest distinction,from the University of Michigan.

Before entering the practice of law, Mr. Peccola was a research assistant at Applied Safety and Ergonomics, Inc., a consulting company focused on consumer and industrial safety and litigation matters.

He is licensed to practice law in Florida, New York and Maryland.
