Ryan Hardee practices in the area of intellectual property law with a focus on patent prosecution, trademarks and copyrights and intellectual property litigation. Mr. Hardee is a registered patent attorney and has drafted and prosecuted patents and patent applications in the fields of nuclear energy, optoelectronics, electrical, radio and satellite telecommunications, semiconductors, mechanical, motor/generators, VoIP, high intensity discharge lamps and associated electronics, thin film deposition and sputtering, and business methods domestically and internationally. Mr. Hardee is also experienced in the field of intellectual property licensing arrangements including patent, trademark, copyright and software license agreements.

During his military service in the U.S. Navy, Mr. Hardee served as a commissioned officer on submarines, working with hardware and software associated with nuclear weapons and nuclear reactor power systems.

Mr. Hardee is a 2007 graduate of George Washington University School of Law and a graduate of the University of Maryland U.C. (M.B.A.) and the United States Naval Academy (B.S.M.E.).
