Sarah Peyronnel practices in the area of intellectual property law. Ms. Peyronnel has experience with trademark maintenance and enforcement, including enforcement over the Internet, litigation of trademark and trade dress infringement, unfair competition and copyright disputes as well as drafting and reviewing agreements in various areas of the motion picture and music industries.
Ms. Peyronnel is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the French American Bar Association. She is a 2008 graduate of University of Western Paris, where she attended a highly selective double major program focused on French, British and American Law, and holds an LL.M. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. She is a native speaker of French.
