Stuart I. Seiden practices in the area of litigation and focuses on representing the interests of residential and commercial lenders and servicers in state court foreclosure matters, as well as representing the rights of creditors in federal bankruptcy proceedings. Mr. Seiden has experience in mortgage-related litigation; consumer bankruptcy, including adversary proceedings; consumer credit card litigation; and consumer and commercial collections litigation. His practice includes defending lenders and servicers from actions brought under TILA, RESPA, HOEPA, NJHOSA, ECOA, TCPA and Consumer Fraud Statutes in both state and federal courts throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Seiden served as law clerk to the Hon. M. Allan Vogelson, Presiding Judge, Chancery Division, Camden County Superior Court. Additionally, he worked for The Sports Corporation, a major professional hockey agency in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

Mr. Seiden is a 2005 graduate of Rutgers University School of Law–Camden and a graduate of Lebanon Valley College and The Hill School.
