Susan Pontigas, P.A. practices in the area of real estate law. Ms. Pontigas assists clients in the acquisition, disposition, development, construction, leasing, management and financing of commercial and residential real estate. She represents local and national real estate developers in a variety of residential, commercial and mixed-use real estate projects. Ms. Pontigas has also assisted clients in the negotiation and settlement of office, retail and industrial leases and has represented both financial institutions and borrowers in commercial loan transactions.

Ms. Pontigas is a 1988 graduate, with honors, of the University of Florida College of Law, where she was an editor of the University of Florida Law Review, and a graduate, with high honors, of the University of Florida.
