Thomas G. Dent practices in the area of litigation with a concentration in white-collar criminal defense and civil litigation in federal, state and agency jurisdictions. Mr. Dent has worked on matters involving government contracts fraud, criminal fraud investigations, securities fraud, foreign trade, immigration law, environmental law and civil litigation. He has represented municipal agencies, industries and industrial associations, and individuals in criminal, regulatory and tort litigation.

Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Dent served as an assistant U.S. attorney, prosecuting cases in all federal criminal and civil law areas, including securities fraud, corporate embezzlement, narcotics, environmental, immigration, tax fraud and foreign trade, from grand jury investigations through trial and appeal.

Mr. Dent is a 1970 graduate of DePaul University Law School and a graduate of DePaul University (B.A.).
