In addition, Mr. Margolis assists developers, real estate investment managers and other clients in real property transactions, acquisitions, sales, and compliance with land use and zoning regulations. Such representations include all aspects of due diligence, zoning and land use review, survey review, and negotiating and drafting contracts and other documentation.  

Mr. Margolis is a 1996 cum laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law and a graduate of the University of Michigan.
