He is a member of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association and its International Bankruptcy Subcommittee of the Business Bankruptcy Committee.  An associate member of the Turnaround Management Association, Mr. Horstmann is also a member of the Corporation, Banking and Business Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Corporate Reorganization, Business Bankruptcy and the Uniform Commercial Code subcommittees of the Business Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association.  He is listed in Best Lawyers in America.    He is a 1976 graduate of Villanova University School of Law and a graduate of St. Joseph's University.
