He is the founder of the Ben Franklin Emerging Business Awards. He has been listed in Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business, 2006-2011.

He is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association and is admitted in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is active in coaching in the Moorestown Flag Football League and the Moorestown Recreation Soccer League.

Mr. Cronk is a 1986 graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law and a magna cum laude graduate of Lehigh University (B.S., materials engineering).
