He represents purchasers of assets from bankruptcy estates, plan funders and proponents, secured creditors, unsecured creditors, unsecured creditor committees, trustees, debtors and other parties in interest (including acquirers of distressed debt, equipment and real estate lessors, holders of intellectual property licensed to debtors, defendants in avoidance actions, equity holders, DIP lenders).
