Jeskie has a diverse national practice focused on business and technology-based litigation, including commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation, software litigation, e-commerce, and Internet law.  Leveraging her more than 16 years of experience as a computer scientist, Ms. Jeskie also negotiates and drafts service agreements and content Internet-related agreements and also counsels clients on privacy, security policies and practices, and systems development projects. She has litigated complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts and before arbitrators.    

Ms. Jeskie is co-chair of the firm's Information Technology and Telecom interdisciplinary practice group and chair of the firm's e-discovery group. She has twice been appointed by the court to serve as special master addressing e-discovery disputes and has also been appointed by the court as a software expert.    

Ms. Jeskie has appeared on the faculties of dozens of professional education conferences around the world, has appeared on the CN8 morning program, and has been quoted in several publications, including the National Journal's Technology Daily, Compliance Reporter, Computer World and the Philadelphia Business Journal, and co-authored a "Contracts" chapter in an acclaimed treatise, Business and Commercial Litigation in Federal Courts. She has served as a special master and expert to the courts in several cases involving technology or e-discovery and she was an adjunct Professor at Rutgers School of Law, Camden, New Jersey. In 2007, she was named BTI Client Service All-Star for "delivering the absolute best client service."    

She is vice-president of the International Technology Law Association (ITechLaw) and vice chair of the Business Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association.

Ms. Jeskie is co-chair of Duane Morris' Women's Initiative, which formally brings together women attorneys throughout the firm to exchange ideas, foster and expand business contacts and opportunities, and enhance attorney development.
