The Professional Guidance Committee also has authority to give advice concerning the interpretation, application and observance of the Rules of Professional Conduct and the Code of Judicial Conduct.

Ms. Bricknell also is a member of the Section of Litigation of the American Bar Association, the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers and the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Commission on Women in the Profession and regularly presents programs to practitioners on legal ethics issues. 

Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and California, Ms. Bricknell is a 1991 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College.
