A member of the American, Pennsylvania, New York, Delaware and Philadelphia bar associations, Mr. Kotler is chair of the Pro Bono Committee as well as a member of the Steering Committee of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference. He is also a member of the Turnaround Management Association and the American Bankruptcy Law Institute. He is also a member of the board of directors of the Consumer Bankruptcy Assistance Project and a member of the executive steering committee of this organization. In 2006 and 2007, Mr. Kotler was listed in Chambers USA: America's Leading Business Lawyers, and in 2005, 2006 and 2007, he was named as a Super Lawyer by Philadelphia magazine.   

Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New York and Delaware, Mr. Kotler is a 1989 graduate of the Boston University School of Law and a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
