Mr. Goldstein is a past-president of the Customs and International Trade Bar Association and is a member of the Advisory Committee on Rules of the U.S. Court of International Trade.

A frequent author and lecturer on topics relating to customs and international trade law, Mr. Goldstein is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and the Federal, American and New York State bar associations. He is a 1965 graduate of Brooklyn Law School and a graduate of Brooklyn College of the City of New York.
