Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Kayser was Assistant Regional Counsel for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Region II. Ms. Kayser is the legal consult editor of Long-Term Care Interface and a member of the legal advisory board of Briefings On Long Term Care Regulation. She co-chaired the board of the Alzheimer's Association's New York City Chapter from 2004-2008, is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and is a member of the Health Law Section of the New York State Bar Association. A former adjunct professor of law at Pace University School of Law, Ms. Kayser attended St. John's University School of Law and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. She was named a New York City Super Lawyer in 2006, 2007 and 2008.
