In 2008, Mr. Sze won The San Diego Daily Transcript Top IP attorney award (finalist); in both 2005 and 2007, he was named a semifinalist.

Prior to entering law school, Mr. Sze was an engineer with Qualcomm Inc., where he designed satellite communications software, messaging systems and other wireless applications.

Mr. Sze is a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law, the University of California, San Diego (M.S. Electrical and Computer Engineering) and the University of California at Berkeley (B.S., Electrical Engineering/Computer Science and B.S., Materials Science Engineering).

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Mr. Sze also advises his clients on protecting their intellectual property in the Far East.
