Dominica C. Anderson is the managing partner of Duane Morris' Las Vegas office. Ms. Anderson practices in the areas of insurance and business litigation with an emphasis on complex litigation.

Her insurance practice has included coverage disputes concerning construction defects, and claims for a variety of toxic torts and health hazards, including asbestos, chemical and petrochemical exposures, electromagnetic fields, agricultural products, and drugs and medical devices. She has represented clients as trial and appellate counsel in several significant matters.

Ms. Anderson also has experience in a variety of complex general business litigation, including contract disputes, e-commerce and intellectual property issues, domain name disputes, trademark and copyright issues, and unfair competition issues. She also has litigated construction, anti-trust, negligence, strict liability and product liability cases.

A member of the American Bar Association, the Clark County Bar Association, the Bar Association of San Francisco, the American Trial Lawyers Association, National Association of Women Lawyers, California Women Lawyers and Queen's Bench, Ms. Anderson is a 1986 cum laude graduate of the University of San Francisco Law School and a graduate, with high honors, of the University of California at Berkeley, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
