His experience includes analyzing and advising clients regarding claims related to the construction industry, the automobile industry, homeowners in multi-unit residential developments, real estate agents, accountants, enrolled agents, attorneys, ministers, international religious organizations, intellectual property, wineries, cemeteries, and other commercial establishments.

Mr. Evans has negotiated settlements in more than 20 multimillion-dollar cases, litigated in at least nine states, and has participated in more than 60 mediations for matters in both federal and state courts. He has also represented clients in cases on appeal before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. He has defended and prosecuted cases ranging from bad faith, interpleader, and declaratory relief actions to professional liability and real estate partition actions.

Mr. Evans has spoken at insurance coverage seminars, business development workshops, and diversity conferences around the country. He was recently named one of the top 100 minority associates in the United States for 2007 by the Stakeholder Organization.

Mr. Evans is a graduate of Loyola Law School, with recognition, and a graduate of Cornell University, where he was a Cornell Tradition Fellow. He is a member of the California Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada, and the California Black Lawyers Association. Mr. Evans has been a frequent guest speaker for the Young Black Scholars Program, the 100 Black Men of Los Angeles and the NAACP. He is proficient in Spanish.
