Ms. Idalski has conducted hundreds of training courses and seminars on prevention of litigation with respect to sexual harassment and discrimination under Title VII, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other state and federal employment laws.

Ms. Idalski is past president of the Georgia Association For Women Lawyers (GAWL) and has served as a board member of GAWL since 2002.
