Admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Pennsylvania, Mr. DeSalle is a member of the American, District of Columbia, Pennsylvania and Energy bar associations. He is a 1995 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a graduate of the University of Notre Dame.
